Jessie Barrera Knotts, Wellness Director

Jessie is the Wellness Director at Align Health & Wellness in Brentwood, Tennessee. She has a B.S. from Oklahoma State University, a B.A from Murray State University and a Master's Degree in Higher education from Oral Roberts University.  She is constantly involved with the community through special events, seminars, and wellness screenings and is passionate about the importance of Chiropractic care.   One of Jessie's Mission is to join forces with other wellness professionals and create a healthier lifestyle for the Nashville community.

Tiffany White, Licensed Massage Therapist

We are excited to introduce you to our newest wellness member, Tiffany White. Tiffany recently joined our team of massage therapists here at Align. As a native of Old Hickory, Tennessee, Tiffany shortly decided after graduating high school to pursue a career in massage therapy. She completed the massage therapy program at South Eastern Institute. Tiffany has a passion for helping people by alleviating the pain and stress of everyday life through massage, and also understands the importance of chiropractic care. Although Tiffany is certified in Swedish and Deep Tissue massages, she is committed to learn as many new and challenging massage techniques as possible. Tiffany is looking forward to meeting you and bringing you to a place of relaxation and relief.
